We realize that your time is as valuable to you as ours is to us. Our staff does everything we can to be ready for you at your scheduled time. On the day of the appointment, allow yourself sufficient time to check in. If you are late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If you will not be able to keep your appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. As a courtesy, a staff member attempts to confirm appointments one day before the scheduled visit.
Apollo Dental Center works directly with many medical and dental insurance companies. While many people think dental insurance “covers everything,” most plans have some restrictions—either in the amount they pay or in the services “covered.” Since our office works with hundreds of insurance plans, it is impossible for our staff members to know the details of your plan. We strongly recommend you review the information provided by your insurance company to become familiar with your plan.
We file your insurance claims and make every effort to help you with your insurance. However, you are responsible for any fees not paid by your insurance. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Payment plans offered through CareCredit.
